The Avaya Communicator for Web application is a way for users to effortlessly engage in collaboration with colleagues, anytime, anywhere, getting work done quickly and efficiently. Avaya Communicator for Web is designed to embed collaboration and communication (instant messaging, presence, voice and video calling, phone control) capabilities into the following 3rd party applications:

  • Salesforce (requires Salesforce Open CTI and Enterprise or Unlimited Edition licensing)
